SEN/SEND – New field for SEN Secondary Need (3.75.011 & 3.76.001)
Description
A new field has been added to EHCP Assessment Involvement forms, SEN Assessment Involvement forms, and EHCP Re-Assessment Involvement forms called SEN Secondary Need.
The SEN Secondary Need field has been introduced so it can be reported in Item 4.8 Type of need rank.

The SEN Secondary Need cannot be saved if there is no SEN Primary Need. Similarly, the Additional SEN Needs cannot be saved if there is no secondary need or primary need.
The primary need, secondary need and additional needs cannot have duplicate values. Each field must have unique value(s).
Where a need has been selected for one field, it has been removed from the drop-down list for the other two fields.

If selected in EHCP Assessment Involvement forms, SEN Assessment Involvement forms or EHCP Re-Assessment Involvement forms, then it will be auto-populated in:
- Generic Involvement
