Statutory Wales – PLASC Annual Census (3.87)
Description
This release supports the changes to the PLASC Annual Census 2026 return.
- The census reference date is Tuesday, January 20th 2026.
- The file can be imported via the Welsh Census FT-26 import specification.
Data is validated against the WG provided XSD schema files. Ensures the correct data is sent to WG COLLECT.
A new System default has been added for the PLASC Census Date. LAs can now update the census date as required. The date populates the <ReferenceDate> tag within the ATS and ATP files.
