FSM Eligibility Checking Engine has been updated to return FSM Category attributes when an individual ECE Validation check is done.

Bulk Update
FSM Eligibility Checking Engine has been updated to return FSM Category attributes when a Batch Validation is done.
- The ECE API response now includes a Tier attribute when the eligibility status is Eligible.
Indicates whether eligibility is based on:- Existing income threshold rules (Targeted FSM)
Maps to Eligible Targeted. - Universal Credit entitlement above the threshold (Expanded FSM)

- Batch Processing
System updated to handle batch checks via Submit ECE Batch Validation. It ensures the updated API is invoked for all records. - Granular Eligibility Data
Users performing bulk validations now receive specific tier information for eligible pupils. This allows for more precise cohort management. - Seamless Integration
The system continues to process historical or non-FSM responses without error if the Tier attribute is absent. - Stability
The inclusion of the Tier field does not alter existing eligibility outcomes or the fundamental structure of the API response.
