Statutory SEN2 – Placement records can be saved without having to record if they are a transfer (3.81)
Description It is no longer necessary to record whether a placement is a transfer as part of the SEN2 person level return. When Is Transfer is Null, the error message Transfer Indicator must be set no longer displays.
