Overview of Base Contacts area

This tab contains details of Local Authority and school contacts, with check boxes available to limit the list to LA only or School only. You can also select the Keyholder only and Include Inactive Contacts check boxes to further limit which contacts are displayed.

It enables different types of Base Contacts to be added and multiple contacts for the same role to be recorded.

A standard set of Local Authority and school roles are system defined and are displayed in the order specified on the Contacts Template page in the Administration area. Other roles may be added and populated via the People Roles tab also found in Administration.

Click the Edit link for a particular base contact to open the Contact Details.

Click the Add Contact button to open the Contact Details (New Base Contact Record) dialog and select a new Role and Person.
