Complete an AssetPlus Stage

Schema validations added at Countersignature Request stage and Completion Stage

If all the mandatory and relevant information has been provided, and the stage has been signed off by a manager (where required), you can mark it complete.

1. Access the required client record.
2. In the AssetPlus panel, click the Stage Name of the required AssetPlus stage to display the AssetPlus Stage Summary screen.
   
3. In the Actions menu, click Complete Stage to display the Complete AssetPlus Stage screen.

   When clicking Complete Stage a schema validation is made. If any issues are detected the following warning is displayed:
                    All warnings must be addressed before the stage can be completed.
   
   Click Continue or Back to return to the AssetPlus Stage Summary page in order to make corrections to the data.

   
4. If required, add any appropriate information in the Notes field.
5. Click continue to mark the stage as complete and close it.
