CSS Provisions – Prevent base change if provision has Authorised or Issued transactions (3.88)

Description

Currently, users can change a provision’s Base when a transaction has a Status of Authorised or Issued. To prevent the association between the payment transaction and the original base being lost, an error now displays when trying to save.

Base changes not allowed. Provision has authorised or issued payments.

Users need to create a new provision for the student at the new base. This avoids incorrect accounting. It remains possible to determine whether payments were made or are still owed to the previous base.
