A new Expanded 2Yr Yearly Cap column has been added.

Defaults to 1140 for all providers with an effective date of 1st September 2025. Set to 570 for dates prior to then. All other ages remain set to 570.

Existing 2 year olds have their expanded yearly entitlement set to:

1140 from 1st September2025 if no funded hours recorded
570 from 1st September 2025 if funded hours are recorded

The existing 2yr value renamed to Funded 2Yr Yearly Cap.

Customers need to update the values effective from 1st September to:

1140 for under 2s
570 for 2yr funded
1140 for 2yr expanded
570 for all others
