SEN/SEND – External codes added to SEN Tribunal Type lookup table (3.75.011 & 3.76.001)

Description

For EHCP Tribunal Involvement forms, the following External Codes have been added to the SEN Tribunal Type lookup table:

• NOASSE – Not to have an EHC assessment
• NOEHCP – Not to issue EHC plan
• ASSOTH – Other assessment tribunal
• OTHER   – Other (not reported in return)

These Tribunal Types have been added so it can be identified whether a Tribunal needs to be reported in:

• Item 2.6 Request Tribunal when the Tribunal Type is NOASSE – Not to have an EHC assessment
• Item 3.11 Assessment Tribunal when the Tribunal Type is NOEHCP – Not to issue EHC plan
• Item 3.13 Other Tribunal when the Tribunal Type is ASSOTH – Other assessment tribunal.
