SEND Wales Only – New configuration option that controls whether ALN statuses are visible on Assessment Involvements (3.79)
Description
A configuration option has been introduced to control whether ALN statuses are visible on Assessment Involvements.
This is so that:
- ALN statuses appear on the Involvement if a local authority is using the SEN Assessment Involvement template to record information about children and young people who are being assessed under the ALN legislation.
- ALN statuses do not appear on the Involvement if a local authority is using the SEN Assessment Involvement template to only record information about children and young people who are being assessed under the SEN legislation.
Focus | Services | CSS Involvement Forms | Select Involvement template
Select ALN statuses shown on involvement as required.
- If a user records an S, Q or P status on a student’s SEN Stage History then this status is reflected on the student’s most recent active Assessment Involvement.
- If a user records an L or C status on a student’s SEN Stage History and the configuration option for ALN statuses shown on Involvement is set to yes, then this status is reflected on the student’s most recent active Assessment Involvement.
- If a user records an L or C status on a student’s SEN Stage History and the configuration option for ALN statuses shown on Involvement is set to no, then this status is NOT reflected on the student’s most recent active Assessment Involvement.
- SEN Statuses (other than L, C, P, S or Q) that are recorded on a student’s SEN Stage History are not reflected on their Assessment Involvement.
