Grants & Benefits – ECE outcomes added to FSM Eligibility Checking Outcomes (3.88)

Not Found (ECE) and Not Eligible (ECE) statuses have been added to the FSM Eligibility Checking Outcomes in the FSM Settings screen.

Allows the system to accurately reflect ECE-specific eligibility results during Free School Meal administration.
