Description
Processes – Multiple Passengers – Invoice Passengers
Checkboxes have been added to the Invoice Passengers screen so that:
- Invoices can be created for expired journeys (where journey End Date is in the past) but parents haven’t paid for the previous term yet
- Invoices can be created for active journeys (where there is no journey End Date or End Date is blank) so that invoices can be sent to respective parents to complete the payment
