B2B Student

B2B Student is a module within One which enables the import of student data from schools to the Local Authorities via the Wonde API.

The following requirements need to be set up in order to use B2B Student:

Select from the following options for more details:

| Licences | Maximum Age | Minimum Age | B2B Cache | GUID Matching | Scheduled Task Filters | Seed Attendance Data | Integration Service | Bases |

B2B:Student | Data Transfer | Scheduled Tasks > Filters

The Data Type dropdown in the Filters list is determined by the B2B Filter parameters in System administration | System admin | System defaults.

To set the options in the dropdown list:

  1. Log in to One Education Client and select Administration.
  2. Select System Admin | System Administration.
  3. Select the System Defaults tab.
  4. Scroll down and select the B2B_F_ parameters or search using the Filter option.
  5. In the Value field, enter True or False:
    • True
      Shows as ticked in the dropdown list
    • False
      Shows as unticked in the dropdown list
