Better Start Home Page

The Better Start home page is displayed when the LA administrator clicks the Better Start button on the Provider Portal home page.

The Home page displays the services to which you have access to according the tiles displayed.  The BetterStart and/or Administration menu is displayed accordance to the permission assigned.

The options below are accessed via the Better Start | Administrator menu route or by clicking the required tile:

• Tasks
• Messages
• Service Groups
• Configuration

The options below are accessed via the Administration Menu:

• Manage and Review Users

Manage user Access  to the required providers and services and Review Users that are currently registered to a Provider.

• Message Templates

Messages can be composed and sent to one or more users. The message can be free text or can use a pre-defined template

• Text Customisation

All text, field labels and messages that are displayed on the website can be configured.

• Customise Site Logo

A new site logo can be uploaded to be displayed on the website.

• Configuration

Manage both Better Start and the Site Configurations
