IYSS Overview

One Integrated Youth Support Services (IYSS)provides a real-time access to a single shared view of each young person who holds a client record in the system. IYSS supports local authority in data sharing between different YOTs, and other teams working with young people in a secure platform. This can be a young persons education, training, qualifications, harm-related behaviours, substance misuse, involvement with other professionals, identify and address the risk of NEET, Case Transfer between YOTs and more. In the software, the information and flags set against a client's record identifies when a young person is at risk, allowing the local authority to intervene at an early stage to help the young person as required.

Homepage

My homepage, is the main page displayed after users login. Both Users and Admin access myhompage for daily task. The panels displayed is permission related in accordance to User role. The screen displays a brief overview of Users caseloads that is assigned to them. The IYSS Links is used mainly by admin staff.
