Headcount Admin Portal Home Page

The Provider Headcount Admin Portal home screen is displayed when the Headcount tile on the Provider Portal home page is selected.

The services to which you have access are indicated by the tiles displayed on the Headcount Admin Portal home page. There are drop-down menus displayed at the top of each page which enable you to navigate to other pages.

The options below are accessed via the Headcount | Administrator menu route or by clicking the required tile:

• Tasks
• Messages
• Manage Imports
• Reports
• Service Groups
• Headcount Configuration
• ECS Configuration

The options below are accessed via the Administration Menu

• Manage and Review Users

Manage user Access  to the required providers and services and Review Users that are currently registered to a Provider.

• Message Templates

Messages can be composed and sent to one or more users. The message can be free text or can use a pre-defined template

• Text Customisation

All text, field labels and messages that are displayed on the website can be configured.

• Customise Site Logo

A new site logo can be uploaded to be displayed on the website.
